Across ASUKA III, SMC Design has created a collection of entertainment, social and wellness spaces that balance atmosphere, comfort and versatility. From intimate lounges and performance venues to wellness-focused environments, each space is tailored to its function while sharing a cohesive design language inspired by craftsmanship, material quality and a connection to the sea.

Mariner's Club

An intimate evening lounge with a refined, club-like atmosphere. Deep blue tones, warm timbers and bronze accents create a sophisticated setting centred around the bar, offering the perfect backdrop for cocktails, live music and relaxed conversation.

Casino ANTE

A sophisticated gaming environment where rich materials, layered lighting and carefully curated detailing create a warm and immersive atmosphere. The result is a casino experience that feels elegant, intimate and distinctly contemporary.

Lumiere Theatre

ASUKA III’s principal performance venue, designed for immersive entertainment. Raked seating, integrated technology and carefully crafted interiors focus attention on the stage while creating a strong sense of anticipation and occasion.

Studio A3

A light-filled wellness studio dedicated to movement, balance and mindfulness. Natural materials, expansive glazing and flexible spaces create a calm environment for yoga, fitness and wellness activities, with uninterrupted views of the sea.

Vista Lounge & Historia

A forward-facing social destination designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Panoramic sea views, layered interiors and a central bar allow the space to transition effortlessly from a daytime lounge to an elegant evening venue for cocktails and live performances.
