ASUKA III features six distinct dining venues, ranging from the elegant Four Seasons Dining Room to speciality restaurants including the French-inspired Noblesse, Italian restaurant Al Mare and the intimate Japanese dining experience, Umihiko.

Four Seasons

The ship’s main dining venue, Four Seasons is designed to transition effortlessly from day to evening dining. A refined palette of warm timber, soft neutrals and sculptural lighting creates an elegant atmosphere, while panoramic sea views and curated Japanese artwork celebrating the changing seasons reinforce the restaurant’s connection to Japanese culture and craftsmanship.

Umihiko

An intimate kappo-style dining experience inspired by Japanese culinary tradition. Warm timber finishes, shoji-inspired screens and carefully layered lighting create a calm and immersive setting, where contemporary design meets authentic Japanese hospitality.

Al Mare

A contemporary Italian restaurant that combines progressive design with Japanese artistry. Sculptural pendant lighting and illuminated artworks by Hiroshi Senju create a dramatic focal point, while rich blue tones and flowing forms bring energy and sophistication to the dining experience.

Noblesse

Inspired by the elegance of French dining, Noblesse is defined by rich materials, exceptional craftsmanship and understated luxury. Artworks by Reiji Hiramatsu add depth and character, creating a refined setting for an elevated culinary experience.

EMS Garden & Papenburg Grille

A bright, contemporary dining venue designed around uninterrupted sea views. Full-height glazing, warm natural materials and a relaxed seating mix create an inviting atmosphere for all-day dining.

Adjoining EMS Garden, The Papenburg Grille offers a more intimate dining experience. Dark timbers, bronze detailing and softly lit interiors create a sophisticated setting with a distinct sense of privacy and occasion.
